After pre-production sample, label and artwork approval, mass production and QC typically take 3–5 weeks. Stock samples can be sent the same day; custom samples usually take 7–10 working days. Repeat orders are faster because the master formula and artwork are retained.

Yes. We offer stock samples of current platforms and flavors, as well as paid/deposit-based custom development samples. Many customers evaluate texture, flavor release and strength on stock samples first, then commission final custom formulations.

Standard terms are a deposit to confirm production with the balance before shipment, by bank transfer (T/T). Terms for repeat customers and large programs can be discussed. Your account manager will confirm all details on the proforma invoice.

Formula and active dosage, caffeine level, flavor, sweetener (sucralose/stevia/sugar-free), pouch size and weight, can format, child-resistant lid, label artwork, display box and shipping carton. We also support co-development of entirely new formulations.

We maintain 100+ flavor profiles including mint, wintergreen, citrus, berry, tropical fruit, coffee, cola and regional favorites, and develop bespoke flavors from your brief. Flavor intensity, cooling sensation and sweetness profile can all be tuned.

Production follows GMP controls aligned with ISO 22000 and HACCP principles. Each batch receives a Certificate of Analysis covering microbiology and relevant specifications, with raw-material traceability. Order documents include COA, specification sheets, MSDS where applicable, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.
