Transparency builds trust. This article walks through the complete production flow inside our cGMP-controlled facility, from the moment a raw material arrives at our dock to the moment a finished can is palletized for export. We also explain how our 5-working-day sampling process lets you evaluate a formula before committing to full production.

Step 1 — Receiving and quarantine

Every inbound ingredient is logged against its purchase order and COA. Containers are tagged with a batch-specific quarantine label and placed in the raw-material holding area. No ingredient moves to production until QC has completed identity, potency, microbiology and heavy-metal tests and issued a release.

Step 2 — Compounding and mixing

Released ingredients are weighed into the compounding room per the validated formula. Mixing follows a documented SOP with defined sequence, time, temperature and speed. A in-process sample is taken for pH, viscosity and active-content verification before the batch is approved for filling.

Step 3 — Pouch filling and sealing

The approved compound is transferred to the filling line. Plant-fiber pouch material is fed from one side; the measured dose of compound is placed; the pouch is sealed with continuous heat-seal and checked by in-line leak detection. Each pouch is visually inspected for seal integrity and dose uniformity.

Step 4 — Primary and secondary packaging

Filled pouches are counted and loaded into cans. Cans are labeled, coded with batch number and production date, then shrink-wrapped into cartons. The conveyor system carries each carton through a final check station where weight, label and code are verified.

Step 5 — Finished-goods release and shipping

Completed cartons are palletized and moved to the finished-goods warehouse. The QC team reviews the batch record — raw material COAs, in-process data, filling logs, packaging checks — and issues a Certificate of Analysis before the batch is released for shipment.

5-working-day sampling

Before committing to a full production run, we offer a 5-working-day sampling service. Once you confirm the formula and artwork, our team produces a small pilot batch using the same equipment and process as mass production. You receive sealed samples with a preliminary COA for evaluation — flavor, pouch feel, seal quality and active content.

FAQ

How long does sampling take? 5 working days after formula and artwork are confirmed. You receive sealed sample cans with a preliminary COA.

What tests are done on each batch? Identity, potency, microbiology, heavy metals, seal integrity, dose uniformity, weight check and label/code verification — documented in the batch record and summarized in the COA.

What is the lead time for mass production? Typically 3–5 weeks after sample approval, depending on order volume and packaging complexity.
